Trello is a simple, and easy-to-use collaboration tool that enables members to organize projects and everything related it. Team members use this to collaborate with other members, track their own tasks, and keep the manager informed and updated on recent developments.
You'll be invited to be part of our Trello workspace. Once you're in, you'll find 4 boards:
MaS Onboarding - for projects/tasks related to training and onboarding
MaS Operations - for projects/tasks related to operational activities such as schedule update on the website, student communications, tracking attendance, charging card payments, paying studios and instructors - activities that focus on the now/short-term.
MaS Non-Operations - for projects/tasks related to online visibility and SEO, social media, building and establishing systems, and a wide variety of initiatives that do not affect directly enrollment or ongoing programs - activities that focus on positioning ourselves for long-term impact
MaS Programs Checklist SOPs - standard procedures related to enrollment/programs
Please watch video below to see how we use Trello.
Reminder: Alignment, specific action steps, defined boundaries, managed expectations, and clear communication - these are the reasons why it is important to define a project when collaborating with another team member.
For collaborations, please make sure to tag involved team members and set a deadline on when the output is expected to be completed. Afterwards, use the template below and write relevant details about the project in the Trello card description:
Project info: (What's this project about an what's the goal behind it?)
Success metrics: (How do you measure the success of this project? Make it SMART.)
Project Lead: (Who's in charge of ensuring this project is on track?)
Roles: (Who are the project members and what are their roles?)
Deliverables: (What specific action steps are needed to make this project happen?)
Timeline and schedule: (What's the timeline for each milestone? Include timeline for evaluation of project impact as well.)
Communication plan: (How do you plan to communicate updates about this project?)
You may schedule a kick-off meeting with your teammate to define and discuss the above items.
