What Defines a Successful Day at MaS?
✔ Highest impact activities identified & completed
✔ “Other” things completed afterwards
Steps to Set Up a Productive Day
Eliminate Distractions First
No Slack, social media, email, or external stimuli.
Keep your phone in a different room.
Define Your Outcomes
Open a blank document.
List key priorities in a few words (details come later).
Structure Your Day with Excel
Open the “Today” sheet and duplicate the “Daily Template.”
Rename it with today’s date (e.g., “Monday”).
Add scheduled meetings first.
List daily outcomes and break them into sub-tasks.
Allocate remaining time for other tasks.
Execute & Adjust as Needed
Focus on high-impact tasks early.
Keep track of progress and adapt as required.
